AKAYANE 500 SERIES Ume Plum

Our distillery has been producing umeshu (plum liqueur) for a long time. We developed a unique technique to create a new spirit by crushing the plums from our umeshu and fermenting them with yeast used in wine production, and then aging in cognac barrels. The faint scent of plums is perfect as a digestif.

AKAYANE 500 SERIES LXX

The highest level of Japanese shochu spirits, with a gentle mouthfeel. Traditionally produced fermentation mash, distilled using two methods (direct and indirectly heated stills), blended in a ratio of 3 (direct): 7 (indirect).
