AKAYANE Ginger Spirits
Shining and clear. The mild aromas of ginger candy and molasses combine with herbal medicines such as gingseng and the minerality from the soil. With its gentle flavor and crisp aftertaste, it goes well straight or on the rocks, but feel free to try it with a little lemon juice and soda water, iced tea, or warm lemon tea.

AKAYANE PLUM
Eau-de-vie Spirits
Golden, with a beautiful shine. Beyond the fragrant aroma of shochu plums (which were used in making our own Kakutama umeshu) is the scent of ripe golden peaches, apricot core, and hints of brown sugar, caramel, and vanilla. The palate is dominated by the aroma of plums and a pleasant sense of tannins from the barrel, with a long finish similar to high-quality cognac or grappa.
