Shining and clear. The aroma of wild greenery, lime peel, jasmine flowers, limestone, and traces of ginger and musk follow the traditional scent of alcohol. The sweet flavor of the main ingredient of the base spirit, Satsuma-imo (sweet potato), and the botanical-based plant aroma and gentle bitterness from the juniper berries combine to form a pleasant mouthfeel.

Green Tea
Made using local specialty brand Chiran tea, this is local Kagoshima Craft Gin from its very heart.
The refreshing aroma of green tea, and slight traces of tree bark, vanilla, and cacao amongst the scent of alcohol. Roll the flavors on your tongue to enjoy the gentle sweetness reminiscent of matcha ice cream or green tea candy. This green tea craft gin can of course be enjoyed straight, but can also be mixed with milk, green tea (hot or cold), or with soda water. Try it while enjoying bites of matcha chocolate with your other hand!
