Spicy Shichimi Togarashi
The complex aromas and flavors of shichimi togarashi, a 7-spice blend which includes togarashi chili pepper, mandarin orange peel, black sesame, aonori seaweed, ginger, sansho, and poppy seeds. Try it with Iberian pork chorizo, or as an accent on noodles (udon, soba, ramen, etc.), miso soup, beef rice bowls, or sukiyaki.

Spicy Red Sansho
Made with sansho pepper berries left to ripen until they are bright red, with a mellow spiciness and characteristic aroma, enjoy the sensation from this upgraded sansho spirit. Of course it pairs well with Sichuan cuisine like mapo tofu, but it also has potential in Mexican dishes or to create unique chocolate recipes.
